About A-1 Montessori Academy
A-1 Montessori Academy, you will discover a warm, welcoming community. Our school environment and curriculum provide children ages 18 months to 6 years with a life-long love of learning. Our Montessori teachers are certified in using Dr.Montessori's methods and materials to lovingly guide each child in developing unique abilities within a carefully planned curriculum. Our goal is to provide the learning experiences that allow children to develop the skills to become successful learners within the classroom, and more importantly, to develop self-confidence, independence, compassion, and the sense of responsibility to become successful members of society long after their time at A-1 Montessori Academy is over. As an authentic Montessori Academy, our curriculum and programs are designed to build a strong foundation in academics, as well as social, emotional, physical and moral development. This approach encourages a child's independence, self-motivation, and decision-making skills.
Mission Statement
A-1 Montessori Academy is to prepare an outstanding Montessori World School, guided by the Philosophy of Dr. Maria Montessori, dedicated to providing an enriching and challenging environment that fosters collaboration, cooperation and peace, and to provide experiences that promote curiosity, inquiry and engagement. Designed according to the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual characteristics and needs of the learner, our methods guide and nurture each individual from infancy to adulthood.
